  • What is a lead list?

    A lead list is a list of every person who has shown interest in your business before. It should include any information you have about them (phone, email, birthday, program interest, etc.) You can also purchase contacts to add them to your lead list—these are called cold leads, and they work a bit differently than your other, warm leads who've opted-in to communicate with you already.


    The act of building and nurturing a lead list is what we believe is central to everything a martial arts gym owner does. Whether you're hosting an event or handing out flyers, you should always be doing it with list building in mind.     List nurturing is the act of systematically contacting your lead list with promotional offers to reactivate them into paying members. We then customize a package for you depending on the size of your list and the amount of outreach you want our team to handle for you. If you don't have any lead list at all, then we audit your current setup and determine why you haven't been building a list with it.

  • What if I already have a website and software?

    That's great! We are not a software company. So we don't want to replace your website or your membership software. We work with your current setup, so you can keep everything the same.

  • Do you only work with martial arts gyms?
